PRINCE2 Practitioner and Software Developer with almost 30 years’ consultancy experience. Michael leads our oversees operations including those in Ukraine and Poland. Michael has overall responsibility for Plus-Project Partnership and considers his biggest career achievement to be leading the transition to Employee Ownership.

Outstanding client services manager and PRINCE2 Practitioner with 25 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Alison has extensive experience in roles of leadership & management, including VP, Account, resource & project management.
Phil Rowe

A Consultant Statistician and PRINCE2 Practitioner with a first class degree and MSc in Statistics. Phil has over 15 years’ experience as a Statistician in the pharmaceutical industry and has been involved in a variety of statistical consultancy projects.
Elizabeth Meeson

Liz has 25 years’ experience in programming leadership roles and was a respected Senior Director at a large pharmaceutical company prior to joining our team. Liz is an expert team leader and is the Account Manager at our most high profile customer.
Susan Lovick
Susan LovickHead of Statistics
A Consultant Statistician with a first class degree and PhD in Statistics from Lancaster University. Susan has nearly 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry spanning a variety of Therapeutic Areas, having previously worked for a large Pharmaceutical Company and a mid-sized CRO. In recent years she has established herself as a statistical leader & is passionate about the growth and development of the Statistics team.
Helen Broadhurst

A Consultant Statistician with a first class degree and MSc in Statistics. Helen has 18 years’ experience as a Statistician including more than 10 in the pharmaceutical industry. Helen is an experienced statistical lead and joined us from a large pharmaceutical company where she held the role of Global Lead Statistician.
David Meek
David MeekSenior Programming Manager
David is a SAS Certified Advanced Programmer who has over 17 years’ industry experience managing global study teams, with extensive experience of CDISC and other submission deliverables to regulatory authorities. David currently chairs the Phuse EU Data Standards & Governance workstream and has a degree in Neuroscience from the University of Glasgow.
Laura White
Laura WhiteSenior Statistics Manager / Trustee
Laura is one of our Statistics Managers and holds a Masters Degree in Statistics from University College Dublin. She has nearly 15 years’ industry experience in leading a number of clinical trials. Laura currently specialises within Oncology.
Stuart Spencer

A graduate of Lancaster University, Stuart is one of our principal statisticians specialising in oncology. With over 13 years of industry experience including publications, submissions, and regulatory defence work.
Catherine Delahoyde

Catherine is an experienced Office Manager and Executive PA. She has over 30 years’ business admin experience, the last 12 years being in the Pharmaceutical and CRO industry. Cathy plays a key role in supporting all Plus-Project’s regional sites as well as working closely with the Executive Leadership Team.

Greg is a certified accountant with over 18 years’ experience working in a variety of roles within the finance functions of service led companies. Greg is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

Jackie is an EcoVadis Solutions Practitioner who has experience in a range of sectors and organisations in the UK and overseas. Jackie is leading our Sustainability Governance Team, working in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team and engaging employees on our sustainability journey.
