FSP Management
A functional service provider is a company (CRO) that is contracted to perform a certain job for another organization (pharmaceutical company). A functional service provider offers expert support in a specific function, in our case this is statistics and programming within the pre-clinical and clinical area. We not only offer FSP management while working with our own internal team, but also FSP management of other CRO teams on behalf of the client.
Plus-Project Partnership offers enhanced Project Management services through a dedicated team of Account Managers. By applying our formal background in PRINCE2 methodology to our day to day work, we ensure all tasks and projects are clearly defined, planned, monitored and controlled. Our Account Management team is led by Alison. Previously VP and Operational Account Manager at a mid-sized CRO, Alison is renowned for her outstanding client liaison and FSP management skills.

Case Study 1:
Plus-Project Partnership provided operational account management services to a major pharmaceutical company, with overall responsibility for all statistics and programming deliverables of a team of around 60 FTE. This involved working directly with key customer stakeholders and senior management, as well as handling the day-to-day issues encountered by the internal project team.
Case Study 2:
Working with a mid-sized global pharmaceutical company, Plus-Project Partnership provided statistics and programming services under an FSP model. Plus-Project Partnership consultants were involved in all aspects of study design, analysis and reporting using real-world data, and also advised on data capture best practise. Plus-Project Partnership worked directly with the client team and key investigators assisting with study reports and publications.
