Employee Management

Plus-Project Partnership is an Employee Owned Biostatistics CRO formed in April 2014. With offices in UK, Poland and Ukraine we offer highly talented teams at competitive prices.

Plus-Project Partnership has worked with several customers to provide expert teams operating under a flexible T&M resourcing model. By investing in Employee Ownership, all staff operate under a PAYE model so our customers can be assured of full compliance with IR35 tax obligations. With a median experience of 16 years and the ability to provide resource from multiple countries, our teams provide the highest-level quality at competitive rates.

Plus-Project Partnership has provided extended teams at short notice across both the Statistics and Programming functional areas. Typically these teams are at hands-on level but we also provide interim leadership at Director level and system development teams including SMEs.
